    For a refurbished iPhone 12, I would say the condition of the condition of the phone was "Excellent". There were only minimal scratches on the screen. Battery Health was 97%, which is awesome for a phone made in 2020. The phone looked and worked great. However, I was sent the wrong phone. I ordered a phone that was supposed to be locked for T-Mobile and I received a phone locked for Xfinity Mobile, which uses Verizon. Being that only the original Xfinity Mobile account owner can unlock a phone, I could not use this phone. Very disappointing...I guess the seller cannot read and understand order requirements.

    The S20 Plus refurbed by WhisperBuy was in much better than I expected. I bought "good" condition and it honestly looked brand new to me. It served me very well for 2 years with flawless performance until I upgraded.

    The phone came in perfect condition - just like from the factory. It came up as a Verizon phone, but once I put in my Boost Mobile SIM card and restarted it, everything worked perfectly. My data transferred correctly and my WhatsApp also worked perfectly. So VERY happy with this phone!

    bought this a little over a year ago from back market as a refurbished phone. Arrived on time, packaged well, in better condition (good) than described. It's my work and personal cell so it gets a lot of use in a variety of ways. It's been working well, is very reliable even though it occasionally has some minor quirks as it continues to age. I hope to get two years total out of the phone, but I understand that it might not make it and it's not the refurbishers fault, it's just how fast tech advances, wear and tear, etc. this is my third phone from back market, I continue to come back for various electronics (3 laptops, 1 notebook, 3 phones) and have been about 90% successful with the items that I've purchased, which is good imo. All of my phones have been excellent purchases and they've lasted as long as I wanted them for (avg 2-4 years with the further wear and tear by me).

    I really like my new phone. I bought this Galaxy S10 because I needed it for my new hearing aids. After spending all that money on them, I couldn't afford a 500.00 phone. I was able to get all my apps from my other phone which was a Samsung. Transferred and working. I am still learning the ins and outs! But very happy with my purchase of the refurbished Samsung S10.     Ordered a galaxy s10+ in excellent condition, and am very satisfied.Had it for almost a week and love it. Packaging was in a simple box triple wrapped two layers were bubble wrap protection, so I give it good marks on that. Came with a charger cord but no plug in adapter, which I have several of them so it wasnt a big problem for me. Phone itself had no visual scratches, dents, or blemishes so high marks for description also. The phone was already charged at 90% upon arrival and it took it 2 1/2 days of my normal use to run the battery life down to 1% for me to charge it again. The phone works great, camera quality and functions are all top notch, and connecting to internet and wifi is pretty flawless. I did purchase an otter box case and screen protector for it as I want it to stay as pristine as it arrived. This is my second refurbished phone purchase..my first one lasted two years and would have gone longer if it had more than 3g. Hope this one is just as great. I say back market has high value for the price and I would recommend. Plus they offer the 1 yr protection.
