I got the good condition, and what's funny is that basically the only imperfection that isn't super small is some scratches on the screen that look like its from the camera bump of another OnePlus 7 Pro, which means the sellers are prolly the ones who caused that from having these stacked it whatever - Also mine was a T-Mobile version ☹️ This means there's a T-Mobile boot animation and the T-Mobile version of the 1+7 Pro gets updates slower. There is a way to make it non T-Mobile, but people have had issues with it so idk - The box it came in was slightly oversized for the phone, so it was sliding around which was very worrying at first, and the charger is some cheap off brand one but that was expected. - And also I didn't know what refurbished really meant since they don't seem to fix or replace anything, but the phone came perfectly clean, I think they even cleaned the USB C port!

I didn't have any problems and still don't have any problems. Phone is still under warranty from Google for 1 year. I doubt it was a refurbished phone it was to new. It most likely was a customer return and couldn't be sold as new. I checked everything and I mean everything. I did have a slight fingerprint scanner issue not working first time. But to solve this upgrade thus WIFI to Android 10, Many bug fixes and security updates. For me thank God it wasn't a Google phone made by Google but for Verizon. Even though the phones are the same Verizon unlocked models can't unlock bootloader. Again if your not a developer or do not no what to do with it, It's worthless to you. My phone was listed as unlocked MINT. But in reality it's classified as Factory unlocked because only factory unlocked can have a unlocked bootloader. My phone charges from 20% left to full in less than a hour. I put it in a Otterbox case so it remains in new condition. This review is based solely on what I received. Don't believe everything you read on internet. Phone comes usually with Android 9, Upgrade to Android 10 ASAP with Security updates. Again upgrade only thru WIFI. Today is a year. Not one problem still going strong.

Pros: Bought the phone in “good condition”. Physically, it lived up to it, if not better(the tiny dents on the sides can be hidden with a case). Cons: It does have a touch lag here & there. Also, I paid extra to get it overnight, (suppose to arrive on Dec.28th) but it came Dec.30th. If I would not have paid extra the regular ship date was the 30th & if I knew that it wouldn’t have came on time I would’ve just saved my money & waited. I took a loss when it came to the shipping part, which was very important to me that’s why I paid extra Overall: I am happy with the phone. , my only problem was with Shipping, but I won’t pay for overnight anymore, I’ll just do standard shipping

Like others, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone, but BackMarket and Wireless are the real deal. Prior to this experience, the last phone I purchased for myself was a Galaxy S7 pre-ordered from the carrier before their release date 6 years ago. So even though the S9 is only 2 years more recent, what a difference! The S9 I received was in like-new condition and arrived earlier than expected. Overall performance runs circles around the S7. Battery performance is great! The biometric sensor is very responsive. Multitasking on the S7 was virtually impossible, but on the S9 is very fluid and, overall, the phone is a joy to use. Based on my experience I recommend BackMarket.com as a reputable and affordable source for refurbished phones. I give them an A+ rating.

The cell phone arrived in excellent condition. It looked almost like brand new. It came with a new charger but was missing a sim tray. However, the seller quickly expedited one to me. The phone works great, is quick, responsive, and has a good battery life. It also takes great pics. Since it is a refurbished phone, the box was a generic brown cell phone box, but that didn't matter to me. The price was great and I'm really happy with the phone! I would definitely recommend this seller!

The phone was in mint condition. It looks great, the battery is great, and the operating system is totally up to date. You'd never know that it is a refurb. It was a fantastic deal. There was only one problem: the charger was defective. I contacted Back Market and explained the problem. I had a new charger in my hand within two days. I couldn't ask for more. I didn't ding them on their rating because they made it right immediately.

Beautiful phone, upgrading from my iPhone 6s, not trying to break the bank for the newest phones right now, for what I use it for, I was hesitant to get a large phone but I’m absolutely loving it, even though I have small hands. No scratches no nothing, and the ports were all clean of dust and debris, everything is fully functional, speakers, screen, camera, volume etc. Very happy with my purchase!
