I was apprehensive at first when it came to buying refurbished electronics. However, BackMarket is completely legit! My AirPods were perfect! I had no worries because they had a one-year guarantee with them. They work great and I have had no problems with them!

The product as a whole is perfect! For context, I decided to get new earbuds after my 2nd gen Airpods broke. What was holding me back from upgrading however was the price most websites charge for AirPods. Then the stars align in my favor and I find an ad about the Back Market, a website that sells your favorite high brand items while helping the planet (as their products are refurbished). I got these AirPods for $118 which is WAY CHEAPER than brand new yet works exactly the same as if you were to buy them brand new! It's amazing and based on sound quality alone you wouldn't notice a difference between these and the new stuff. My only complain is that there's a few scratches on the inside of the case but it's pretty unnoticeable. Seriously, these are worth the cost. And the fact that you’re also saving the planet is a bonus! (Also, I’ve had them forever about 1-2 months.)

So the bass on the airpods are extremely high which causes static in the headphones. Condition had a few marks but I didn't really care about it. IF I am buying for quality, i feel like I should get it.

My first airpods from backmarket wished it would have gotten the 2nd generation instead but o well. everything seems fine and came with charger and extra ear buds. What was cool was It had allready been customized to my name when I tried connecting it to my iPhone. Thanks backmarket

Everything seems to be in working order, it was very easy to get it all set up! Didn’t come in the original packaging or with any of the instructions, but it wasn’t hard to find what I needed online so that isn’t a huge deal.

okay so the airpods work fine. BUT they die fast, and the charging case dies even faster. the charging case also takes forever to charge. i’m lucky i have my old case, i’ll just use that one. my old case was left unused for months and the battery was still little less than have way full. idk what’s up with this new case lol
