4.4/5Everything worked, but the phone was supposed to be in excellent condition, but it definitely should have fallen into the good category. Nothing too major, just some small scratches in the back and side of the phone, and a couple very small nicks in the screen. There was no damage beside the fact the display occasionally gets streaky (only a tiny visual thing, nothing crazy, and it goes away after a phone sleep), the phone is great! 3.8/5Ok, first of all, Bark Market is awesome! The idea is great, The concept works, I like the attention to detail with multiple purchasing options with multiple guarantees. The website is simple to navigate, The prices are fair and I absolutely love my new refurbished device. However, shipping took more than double the estimated time and tracking was horrible (updated once a week and lost package twice). The package was shipped UPS from ky to Tennessee then back to Ohio, just to be transferred to USPS to then be mailed to me in KY. My suggestion to any future customers would be to just pay for the overnight shipping, your getting a 35-85 percent Discount on phones that cost more than your first car. (Galaxy Note 9-$1,200 retail). I got a %91 Discount. Prices great, Devices great, (Stop using stock photos, My phone was advertised with a yellow stylis but it came with a plane black one, now this is bull shit but I let it go cuz I was so happy, BUT, the back stylis would not stay in my phone so I never have it when I want to use it. So you get 0 for logistics And 0 for sending me a shitty stylis So overall, my experience was frustrating and inconvenient.
