Came in a day before the estimated delivery date. Phone was better than described condition wise, hardware wise everything was as listed. Powered up immediately and had no issues setting up the phone. Very very few small scuff marks around the edges is all, packaging could have been a little more secure there was only 1 layer of bubble wrap but overall one of the best purchases I've made on here.

Phones are always in the exact condition you order if not better, shipping came early again this time, absolutely no complaints.

this is like the 4th phone from them in a month, arrives on time perfectly, always in the condition posted if not better, I will only get OnePlus phones from this seller.

Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. I've been using this refurb since I got it almost 2.5 years ago. Around the 1.5 year mark the usb-c port started being a little unreliable when using a wired headphones dongle, but is still working perfectly for charging. Around the 2 year mark my sensors(proximity, light, rotation) and camera sometimes just don't work for a while. I'm not sure if this is related to being refurbished, after doing some research and seeing others have had this problem with OnePlus's last update.Overall a great purchase, definitely worth the money and still holding up.

Quality Expected: Fair Quality Received: Looks in way better condition. Good and the only thing keeping it from excellent is that it does have silver exposed where the paint has scratched off the case but who cares about that minor discrepancy. The rest of the phone looks brand new! Only other complaint which again doesn't matter, but scared the heck out of me was that the provided chargers usb-c input was too short to fit fully inside the charging port to charge. Luckily enough, my other phone chargers input was more than suitable. Sad that I am only using this phone as a camera. Its in great condition.
