    The Appliance Distributors shipping vendor contacted me about the Midea unit KAW10C1AWT being very damaged and offered a Frigidaire unit instead. After seeing pictures I approved them to ship that unit. The Frigidaire model # I received is FHSC/OZWB1. I can forward a pic of the hand written number if I read it incorrectly. Upon delivery the package was well protected and it worked fine when I tested the unit. It's currently too cold to use AC daily in my area right now. So far very please with this purchase.

    device was shipped with no protection or foam of any kind, just cardboard folded around the Air Conditioner. There was no remote control or brackets with "curtains" for the sides as unit was originally shipped with when new. Despite the original good communication with the seller, There is an issue with the timer function that was dented and not functioning. Asking for help with the problems the previous good communication disappeared, I have been ignored from unit seller and no replacement parts or service has been provided, has been a bad experience for me.

    Much nicer than described. Some cabinet damage, but that's what you expect with scratch and dent. Unit was obviously dropped by the carrier, which added a minor crack to a bottom corner. Substantial packing prevented the damage from being much worse. Works perfect. No complaints.

    It took longer then thought. Got a little hung up waiting for a nicer acceptable until and it only took a a week. I was presented and recieved a much better looking unit. I recieved a like new United that worked perfect as far as I can see.

    Hey, this is a great air conditioner. It needed mounting hardware, but I had a very specific need for an AC unit that would fit into a vertical space. I'm handy enough with a set of tools, I mounted it up with about 40 dollars of hardware and scrap wood I had sitting in my garage, saved me about $200, all told. Keeps my loft space chilly, especially with a secondary fan somewhere across the room to help with circulation.

    The case was dented pretty bad on the outside which was not one of the pictures sent by warehouse crew. Also, as stated on ad...no manual or remote. However it works perfectly.
