I have been searching this site for a phone for a while, but I couldn’t pull the plug on whether or not to purchase a refurbished phone. I am super happy with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It was exactly as described and works and looks amazing. Backmarket didn’t disappoint! Will be purchasing from them again.

honestly I was skeptical at first about buying any merchandise and now I feel so glad that I did this purchase because I have a perfect phone A Perfect Replacement and it operates and the camera seems even better on this device than my previous I thank you guys highly

Super happy with my Apple Watch! Ordered one from Amazon that needed to be charged at least twice a day, turns out it had 76% battery health which made me scared to buy another refurbished one, but I went to backmarket and got one, it was delivered within a couple days & has 100% battery health even though it’s a used watch! It’s in excellent perfect condition and now the charge lasts almost two days!! So happy❤️

I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from back market. I will continue to use back market to order phones.

Me and my girlfriend bought an iPhone 12 for her sister and we were very impressed when it got here. It arrived in 3 days and though we bought it in “good” condition the condition it ended up being at the minimum definitely “excellent” if not better. The battery life is 100% and the screen is an Apple Original. We will definitely be looking to upgrade our phones later on here. To anyone thinking about buying a phone from Back Market I would advise them to look at the seller that Back Market is getting the phone from and making sure they have good reviews on Back Market and on Google. Overall this has been 5/5 stars

The iPhone 14 looked like new. Only issue was getting it connected to my carrier. I had to contact them to get it setup. That was mostly because my old phone had an actual sim card, and the iPhone 14 uses an esim. Phone works great!

perfect condition, the battery status is on 100% i dont know if its a new refurbished one , but ´m happy with the product. for sure, completely unlocked when i activate the eSIm here in my country Peru. thanks Back Market

The iPhone 14 Pro Max arrived a day earlier than expected, and was in great condition. The battery charges all the way to 100%, the screen is clean and clear and it was ready for to set up quickly. I think this is my 3rd purchase from Back Market and I have been pleased with all of them.

The phone came quickly and the instructions Back Market provided to set it up were great. I bought a phone that was only in “good” condition but it came in looking as if it were brand new. Thanks for refurbishing this phone and giving it a second life.

I have previously purchased several Apple products from BackMarket and have been exceptionally please with each one - price-condition-timely arrival. I purchased this iPhone as a gift to a close friend. It's condition was listed as "good", but it arrived early in *pristine* condition. Plus the price was significantly less than the Apple Reconditioned price. Very pleased-again.
