I purchased a phone in the "Very Good" category. The phone i received looks brand new. The Galaxy Note9 was unlocked and the description said I could use it with T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint. I have Straight Talk, and it was super easy to switch over to the BYOP(bring your own phone) option that Straight Talk offers. I was told the phone wouldn't come with headphones, but it did. I was expecting the phones battery life to be, not so great but it actually has a 100% battery! I listen to Audible constantly on my phone and the battery holds a charge until all day. The customer service from the seller, Cellltime Cellular, was great and they got back with me, within a few hours every time I had a question. If I ever need another phone or electronic I will definitely check out Back Market first! I will totally recommend to friends and family as well!!

This is the second phone I've gotten from Back Market, and I couldn't be happier. The phone was in perfect condition, included the original box and accessories, and was unlocked as advertised. It arrived quickly, and I had to sign for it (which I liked), so there was no "porch-pirate" risk in the delivery process. My experience has been so good so far that I honestly can't see myself ever buying a new phone again. Huge savings for really good products!

Very happy with BackMarket. The phone arrived a day earlier than expected, in very near perfect condition. Activation went smooth as silk, and all functions of the phone are in good working order. Greg has been great with communication regarding delivery, as well. I have experience buying a refurbished phone from brand x, where the microphone didn't work at all. I highly recommend BackMarket, and would definitely buy another phone through them. Love the whole recycling process too.

I ordered two phones (excellent condition, I'm not sure why it says "very good") for gifts about a week before Christmas. They were shipped extremely quickly and in perfect working order! I also checked to make sure the model numbers matched those listed as compatible with the At&t signal update and they were as listed. I got new sim cards for each phone and set them up. One phone wasn't completely reset, although I saw no personal information there were apps installed that don't come on an Samsung or an AT&T phone. After resetting the second phone, all went well. The batteries seem to be holding up and I love that two family members no longer have to complain about their phones messing up. There were no scratches, dinks, cracks, etc. Thank you for getting them to me before Christmas! Your hard work really helped make the day. I had them open the gifts at the same time and THEY WERE FLOORED! Thanks again! Highly recommended.

Arrived earlier than expected. The phone looked like new, it had the Samsung cling film on the front screen and was in a Samsung box, with a Samsung charger. Couldn't be happier with the product!! Phone was in fair condition with 98% battery health and only a few minor scratches on the screen. Very good condition for fair. Although I was unable to transfer my data from my iphone 12 for over a day because this phone wouldn’t load. I spent HOURS trying to fix it and it would just sit there loading on the software update screen. But I tried a different method of transferring used an icloud backup instead of transferring it directly. This worked but it was very annoying setting up this phone but other than that it was perfect.

Phone condition was as advertised, basically brand new. Turns out the one I got is a refurbished tracfone, so it won't let me delete their software. Annoying but fine, you get what you pay for. I have some gripes with the phone itself having weird UI and not working with my old keyboard app, so I'm stuck with the terrible Samsung keyboard. And it likes to install apps while I'm not looking, I've had it install about 15 now that I've had to go through and delete. Gonna take me a while to figure that one out...
