I've had this laptop for about a week and a half. I was worried about getting a refurbished laptop but the laptop works perfectly. I use it primarily for school and it is able to handle multiple tabs. Overall happy I made the purchase and got it for a good price.

I'm very pleased with the computer I purchased through Back Market. I was informed when it would get here. Came all in one piece and it works. I like the quality. I would recommend Back Market. Normally I don’t leave reviews but for second-hand electronics such as my laptop it is an amazing deal ever! It works fast, it is in top tier condition and my husband is jealous he spent $1900 on his laptop when I just spend $400. Lol

While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something potential buyers should be aware of. The tracking information was clear, and I was informed at every stage, which made the entire experience very smooth and hassle-free. I had never heard of Back Market, but on the advice of a friend I gave it a try. I am sorry I didn't know of them sooner. My Surface Pro looks like it came from the factory and functions that way. I did not need the cost or power of a new tablet so this one filled the bill. As far as the tablet goes, I love it! It does what I want as well as an ipad, and plays happily with the Windows ecosystem which is just what I wanted.

I ordered this computer for my husband, and he loves it! I have purchased a number of items from Back Market, and this purchase was no different. It came exactly as expected, and even some extras made us pretty happy: 1. A backlight keyboard. This was not mentioned in the specs, it was a delightful surprise. 2. Touch Screen. It stated no in the tech specs, but I'm very pleased to have it. So far, it's operating fast, and setup was a breeze. Thank you. I highly recommend Back Market!

It was tricky at first because I couldn’t get the WiFi turned on, until I did some research and found that it may be in airplane mode, which it was. So now everything is peachy keen. Thanks for a great deal. Only other thing that annoys me is that the top silver covering lifts a bit at the front corners but I could get a hard or soft sided case to cover that.

We got this laptop for my son (HS Jr.), with the hopes it will last him through at least some of college and we are very happy so far. It’s in excellent condition and my test with hwinfo showed the battery was at 100%, meaning the battery must have been replaced before it was shipped out. Nice! Only thing we changed was ordering an additional 8gb RAM SODIMM through Crucial for like $20 to double the RAM. Also appreciated the fact that the OS was a clean minimal windows install without any bloatware.
