I ordered this refurbished computer, and I can tell it's a little bit older, but it's the best laptop I've ever had. I don't know what BackMarket did to it, but it's amazing! It's fast, the keyboard is "grippy" and easy to type on, the software is modern, and it's flawless. Thank you. All my future tech purchases will be with BackMarket

It works great, it's in great condition, but only thing is it was tagged as having wi-fi and it does not. On this model, the feature is optional, so some of them do have it, and others don't. I purchased a separate adapter to add wireless capability. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, though

Received and works great! Running Win 10 and can't upgrade to Win 11 but hubby uses pc just to read news and watch sports games. Very fast speed so no waiting between pages. Lots of room for storage. Excellent condition. Hooked up his headphones and ready to go!

It works great! It arrived on time and setup quickly. I added a GeForce half-height video card to make gaming a little easier. All-in-all well pleased.

I haven’t had this computer very long but so far it’s been great. Everything appears to work perfectly and other than a couple of scuffs ( as advertised) the outer case looks almost new.

Other than a couple of hiccups, the experience so far has been positive. Initially there was a boot issue where it was looking for an external device, changed a BIOS setting to boot internally and it is working fine. Also, the right speaker was not working properly, very low volume with a lot of static. Opened up the back panel and found a screw on the speaker. Removed it and the speaker still did not operate correctly. But, the speaker has gradually regained proper operation. It now plays with proper volume and no static. Finally, the model description is incorrect. The unit has a 2 TB SSD in place of the 2 TB HDD. This is actually better.

Customer Service is great, the quality of the product is as expected. SSD was better than expected. Laptop quality was great. Packaging was broken down so i was afraid the laptop would be ruined but it was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was in good condition.

Great experience! Got my laptop timely and it worked wonderfully. Afterpay is also a plus!

I was pleased first of the unit however there's only 1 issue of the unit, the Question Mark key is not functioning so I went to technician to fix this problem and I spent almost $40 for repairing since they replaced the old keyboard to new one .. Please double check your laptops so the costumers of yours wouldn't be hassle. 😑
