No complaints. Back Market has a very thorough and easy-to-use return system. My order came through from one of their refurbishers (Verdi) quickly and in good order, but I returned it without even using it as I had ordered it in error: No number pad on the laptop, and Windows 10 on it, when I meant to order a Windows 11 machine, both my errors.

I love this sound bar. I'm a speaker snob, but due to space concerns, I swapped out my components and high end bookshelf speakers and sub, and got this set up. I had read a lot of good reviews about the musicality of the setup and I was not disappointed. I love rocking out with this system while I work. Regarding the seller, nothing but great things to say. There was a part missing from my shipment and they sent a replacement after a little back and forth. The product arrived in excellent condition and it works flawlessly. Paired this with a bottom-of-the-line Samsung TV and the two work together really well and I only need one remote. Bonkers.

This is my 2nd pair of JBL Live Pro2 earbuds (the first pair went for a little swim in the washing machine) and I love them more than the first! The first pair came with someone else's earwax, which would have been awesome in a survival situation, and only one pair of tips. But this little beauty? It came with all 3 sizes of tips, a charging cable, and, best of all, they were spotless!

The humidifier was smaller than I thought but I didn't really read the dimensions. However, the small unit turned out to be easier to refill and keep clean. I love this new little unit. It appeared to be brand new and I am very pleased with my purchase. This is the second time I have purchased an item from Back Market and I always check here first before buying new.

Selectable temperature feature is great. For those who didn't read the included instructions: 1. To turn it on-hit the top button marked 212 F (the temp water boils at). This will turn kettle on, bring water to a boil, then immediately turn off. 2. Hit 212 F, then any of the 3 lower Temps. This will turn Kettle on, bring water to boil, hold water at 2nd temp for 30 minutes, then turn off. 3. To turn kettle off: hit 212 F again and all led lights and kettle will turn off. 4. Red led means temp selected, blue led means temp reached, no led means off.

As usual, the experience with Back Market was excellent. Fast shipping and the toaster oven was exactly as expected. Overall we love the toaster oven. The air frying capability is great, I tried it out with some breaded chicken cutlets. It's fast and has lots of functions and enough space which is something I was worried about (our last toaster oven was bigger). There's one tiny nitpicky thing we don't like - we miss having the magnetized door so the rack comes out automatically when you open the door, a feature this toaster oven does not have. Otherwise - highly recommend!

This blender was pretty much brand new. Actually would say brand new, it seemed like it had never been used. Absolutely worth the purchase. And I’m totally glad that I got it. We use it very often.
