    If I didn't order this Apple Watch SE myself, I seriously would have mistaken it for being brand new. It came in brand new, sealed packaging and pretty much looked like it was in mint condition. My friends and family couldn't tell the difference with my watch either, and most didn't know it was refurbished until I told them how much I paid for it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've been buying other refurbished Apple products but from other websites. Now that I've finally tried BackMarket I will definitely be coming back.

    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A50. It looked good, like new, but does not function as it should. The GPS just goes haywire, and I cannot trust it to get me where I'm going. There are some smaller glitches with the typing of texts, and it makes unnecessary noises, especially when charging. It beeps inappropriately, sometimes waking me up. So now I have to charge it in another room. Also, when you swipe the screen to answer a call, often it doesn't work and I can't answer the call easily.

    The refurbished iPad arrived in excellent external and internal condition; I quickly got it signed in to my apple id and SIM swapped with my former iPad (on AT&T data service), which will now become a hand-me-down to a relative in need. In addition to the seller 1yr warranty on BlackMarket, it also came with a 6 month Applecare basic warranty. If anything goes awry within the year then I’ll update this review with the outcome at that time if permitted.     My purchase was great . My wife dropped it and shattered the screen.I went through your website to warranty it. Your site sent me to asurion website for warranty which I purchased . I couldn't fill out a claim online since they want a " PLAN NUMBER" which it says I should have received in a welcome email that I never received . I looked through my emails and spam folder and nothing. I called to start a claim they started it and sent me a form that I completely filled out and submitted along with my proof of purchase receipt which has extended 13 month warranty, waited 4 hours for email back and they say my form was incomplete and I needed to sign it ( which I did ). I called them again and they said Im to late today I need a different department that is going over my claim. Now I need to call them again tomorrow. Now I"m 3 days into this with a broken phone. It's getting frustrating.al started when I never received my plan number and it is no where on my receipt.

    I purchased this iPad Air for my granddaughter for Christmas, and she Absolutely Loves it! It arrived quickly and in Perfect condition inside & out. Instead of a charging cable,I think it’s a data cable possibly? That was accidentally sent. But one message sent was all it took for a $10 credit to be offered, so I can purchase a new charging cable. I’ve made several purchases from Backmarr since I learned of them in 2019 and I couldn’t be happier with every single transaction.
