    I purchased the galaxy s21 plus UNLOCKED in good condition. Frame had scratches all over it. Deep ones. Not the issue though. The issue is the phone was indeed LOCKED to at&t. Found that out once I purchased the cellular plan and attempted to activate it via e-sim. So I had to send the phone back and requested a refund and now I'm out $45 for the unlimited plan I can no longer use. Needed the phone for my business and my wife's business. Other than that, phone worked amazingly.
