My verified reconditioned iPhone11 arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. Looks like a new phone. I've had it for a full week now and it has worked perfectly. It came with 97% battery health and holds a charge easily for more than a day despite heavy use by me. I have had other Back Market phones before and highly recommend them. Setup was easy as I paired it with my old iPhone.

I recently bought an iPhone 12 64 GB premium condition. it said there was no signs of usage. it showed up a little dirty. with tiny little scratches. now I'm not trying to be all negative and shi but I paid more so it would seem brand new. but other than the scratches it actually showed a.99% battery health which is great basically brand new battery wise but I bought another phone from back market like two years ago and it had cellular issues so we'll see how this one does other than that I really can't complain too much it's pretty good. but again if your looking for a review to decide whether or not to buy remember it's a hit or miss with refurbished phones hope this helped!!

I’ve had this phone for not even 24 hours now n i love it lol! i ordered a black iphone 12 in fair condition and it seems like its in excellent condition. it was little specks of dirt that i wiped off but other than that it’s awesome. it came in 3 days, even a day early! the battery capacity is at 94 which is also awesome. it stays charged at least all day and i only have to put it on the charger once and thats before i go to bed. the charger has a shortage in it which is fine i can buy a new one. i havent linked a number to this phone yet so lets hope that works.

I received the phone a few days than expected, which was a nice surprise. The transfer from my old phone to the iphone SE went much smoother than expected. The phone is in great condition and has been working fine. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I got the phone for my son. He was used to using the 8 plus but I ordered just the 8 by mistake, but he is happy with it. He says he can keep it in his pocket better. Phone was in very good condition.

This was a good experience for me, The first time I bought a phone off here the phone did not work and was acting up, But this one is good the battery is on 88% and I bought this with fair condition and there are no scratches. This is legit!

I wanted the iPhone 11 in excellent condition. I had purchased one from another site that was described as "like new" and was anything but. I had good luck shopping here before so I watched the iPhone 11 page until the price and condition met my criteria. Then I read seller reviews for that phone, which were 84% positive. 2-day shipping turned into most of a week, but the phone was pristine which made me smile. And the price was the lowest by far I'd seen for excellent. The screen and battery were original but the battery health was 79%, lower than I hoped. But since the 11 has a honking big battery it should easily last all day. I'd mention the seller but they went poof from Back Market. But do read the seller reviews and bios. Good ones will tell you about testing and quality control and customer satisfaction.

iPhone was delivered quickly and condition was as described. Phone is working as expected and was a smooth transaction. Would definitely order again.

This is my second refurbbed phone from BM. I got 3 years out of the last one. I have confidence I’ll get at least that many out of this current one. It works great.
