I knew what to expect every step of the way from order to shipping to delivery. They provided documentation on what to expect from a refurbished phone and I had none of those issues. The reseller that fulfilled the order for BackMarket absolutely sent this iPhone in excellent condition as advertised at a price more than 40% below numerous competitors, including Consumer Cellular, my cell phone carrier. I will refer others to BackMarket and I plan to purchase personal upgrades from them in the future.

I have had the phone now for a few days. The battery life is really good the overall look and condition are better than expected and it came quickly. I thought the item would be shipped UPS so I gave my physical address and not my PO Box. The post office would have sent it back if I didn’t live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. I contacted customer service when I thought it was being returned and they were very friendly and helpful . After I picked up the package they reached out to check on me and was willing to start a return if I hadn’t got it.

Had a pleasant experience getting a used phone. Phone came as described, works perfectly fine. I ended up sending my old phone back for a trade in offer and they gave me what they said. Second time buying from back market, love it.
