    WOW! It looks and feels NEW. Types like a new laptop, even the stickers look new! I LOVE it!!! Package wasn't the original but it was absolutely padded better than my old Lenovo laptop when that shipped years ago. I'm THRILLED. The supplier was 2ndbazaar. I looked at similar laptops in 'good' condition for $50 less, but I splurged on the 'excellent' condition laptop and I'm SO GLAD that I did. I almost can't believe that this is a refurbished? Did it sit on a shelf for 2 years? Power supply works perfectly (Lenovo power supply are sometimes the first point of failure on their products). It was ready to start EXACTLY like a new laptop setting my preferences, letting me name it and set my PIN exactly like a new laptop when I turned it on. Are all your refurbished laptops set to do this when they first start? I rarely gush with praise. I'm normally very critical (I have a law degree) but I couldn't be happier. Arrived in just a few days. No personal info from prior owner. This feels like a new laptop at 65% off. I recommend 2ndBazaar as a supplier to trust on Back Market to buy a refurbished laptop.     It’s a lot better than I thought. At first I thought it had no backlight but I dug deeper into online manuals and YouTube its battery life is good but I suggest turning all the suggested settings from the settings tab get a 100 watt charger preferably on sale it’s much better than a 65watt and the tablet mode is so fun, I recommend a stylus. Take care of it and it will take care of you

    It arrived on time and in good packaging but the laptop and charger were dirty. On top of that, there is a screw missing on the bottom. I'm not sure if that was there before they received the item to refurbish or if they forgot it after the fact. The price of the laptop at MSRP was definitely not over 3,000 also.
