This is the second phone that I've purchased through Back Market, and I couldn't be happier with it. The ordering process was straightforward and easy. The phone was in great condition when it arrived. Everything was as advertised. I was very pleased with the communication from Back Market after the purchase.

I am extremely happy with my Samsung Galaxy S21. I got a good price on an excellent refurbished phone. It came in the original packaging from Samsung. I could not find any scratches or any indication that it was an used phone. It was easy to activate with Verizon and has worked flawless for me.

I ordered a Motorola MOTO G POWER AND IT WAS FANTASTIC I STILL HAVE IT I DROPPED IT AND SHATTERED THE SCREEN.IM GONNA ORDER ANOTHER SCREEN AND INSTALL IT MYSELF.😁😁

Condition was great, phone works great. Delivery was delayed by days with no explanation. I had a scare where T-Mobile said the phone wasn’t compatible with their network, but it turns out they were wrong (I didn’t need assistance from Back Market).

This is my 3rd purchase from Back Market. Every phone has been exactly as described. This S20 Ultra is like new. The screen is immaculate and the body shows no scratches or wear either. The battery life is impressive. I like that it is backed by a 12 month warranty. I had no trouble transferring my data from my old phone with Samsung Switch. So far so good! I'll be looking to upgrade my daughter's phone soon, and will be coming back to Back Market to do so.

This my second time buying a phone from u guys and its really a nice phone and works great… the only perk I have so far is when I’m on facetime it’s a red shadow that be on your screen other than that I love the phone.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from BackMarket. I had a technical problem after having my phone for seven months and was approved for repair. My only problem was it took several weeks to get this done through the messaging service. This was frustrating, especially when they told me my warranty was voided. But when I was finally able to speak to someone by phone, it was solved in a matter of days and I have now been issued me a full refund. The last person that I actually spoke to was amazing.

Received a day earlier than back market predicted, Exactly as described, looked brand new and untouched the only way I could tell it wasn't was a tiny smudge on the frame that I rubbed off when inspecting it out of the box, came with box, instructions, sim ejector, charger, data transfer tool; everything Google gives you when you purchase a new phone. Worked with my carrier and connected to networks. Will see how it holds up but could not be happier right now.
