Arrived on time. Listed as "Fair Condition". When I opened the well packed box, my phone visually looked Brand New. No scratches no nothing. When I took my phone(Galaxy S21 5g 128) to my Service Provider there was NO PROBLEMS or ISSUES. I GOT MORE THAN I PAID FOR!

The options for the iPhone 13 were awesome. The ease of purchase was outstanding. The time for delivery was excellent. However, my phone is having terrible battery issues. It is actually worse than the current phone it was to replace. Therefore, I am returning this iPhone 13 mini.

great, got a solid iphone with more storage. Battery is in great condition which was my main reason for the upgrade. And affordable when new phones are more than twice as much for not many additional features

honestly i love this device. the color is good, the battery holds up great even when it’s down to 81% capacity. i got the “fair” quality because it was cheapest and honestly i would do it again because it’s not bad. just like if someone used there phone good for 2 years. i’ve always had a basic color way for a phone and this is my first time choosing something less boring than white or black and i think i’ll always get something colored from now on. its classy and playful all at the same time. thanks back market for saving me money! :)

I gave this to my son because he is always getting into contracts which are expensive to have the latest and greatest. The phone looked new and so far he has no complaints. Says it's good as his 15 he had. I would purchase a phone again through this company. Plus it is more environmentally friendly to buy a phone this way.

My new-to-me iPhone arrived promptly and well packaged. I ordered the premium phone and I couldn’t tell it was used - it’s perfect! Also, sending in my old iPhone for trade-in was easy with the instructions and packaging provided. Excellent transaction!
