    It's small and cute, appears as if brand new. Adequate for my needs, although a bit laggy at times. Be aware this laptop does not have a touch screen. The service and delivery of the product was excellent. I'm satisfied, although I'd probably buy something a bit more powerful next time.

    It came a little banged up, either in transit or prior to shipping, don't really know. We couldn't plug into a usb because the metal backing had shifted and was blockeing connection. Thankfully we were able to adjust it, and hit the ground running. So far, so good!

    I bought it in hopes of it being used every other day to clean, and I had set a schedule for it and it has not yet to work as soon as it’s on the charger and charging, and I start the cleaning it will slightly get off the charger and turn off the entire device and then it keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi

    Our Roomba showed up early which is always great. I was not sure how well the Roomba would work for us but once I had it set up and sent it off to do it's thing we were very happy with it. The Roomba runs for almost 2 hours and returns to the base. Thanks Back Market!

    Backmarket did a good job getting it here. After about a week of using it, the Wifi hardware stopped working and didn't even give the option to have a wifi connection. I had to hard factory reset it and it fixed it for a while, but now a few months down the road it did it again out of nowhere. I've reset it 4 times and it won't work anymore. A laptop can't do anything without wifi so it's useless now. I had to buy a new one.
