It's small and cute, appears as if brand new. Adequate for my needs, although a bit laggy at times. Be aware this laptop does not have a touch screen. The service and delivery of the product was excellent. I'm satisfied, although I'd probably buy something a bit more powerful next time.

I lost my previous earbuds over a month ago, I took it as a sign to upgrade. They connected to my devices with ease and sound quality and noise canceling works like wonders. Perfect for over the phone meetings or just to listen to music, gald I made this purchase.

It came a little banged up, either in transit or prior to shipping, don't really know. We couldn't plug into a usb because the metal backing had shifted and was blockeing connection. Thankfully we were able to adjust it, and hit the ground running. So far, so good!

I bought it in hopes of it being used every other day to clean, and I had set a schedule for it and it has not yet to work as soon as it’s on the charger and charging, and I start the cleaning it will slightly get off the charger and turn off the entire device and then it keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi

I love everything about it so far! Some of the LG software was only available after a while. I fixed it by going to the website and downloading the update center. After installing the updates, the computer worked precisely as I had hoped.

A tech nerd friend recommended BackMarket when I was considering a MacBook Pro for one of my editing team to carry (you know...so I could make 'em work all the time!). After looking a round, I poked in a search for a Microsoft Surface, and found a perfect tablet for myself. It was clean, fully functional, wiped and ready to use when it arrived in near record time. Nervous about buying here, first time buying 2nd hand off a market place like this. My expectations were low but when it arrived packaged well with original Dell box, Dell accessories and the laptop was damn near flawless condition i was blown away. Saved somewhere in the neighborhood of 1000$ buying a used laptop. Shout out to the seller for doing good work and getting it shipped promptly. I can safely recommend the vendor my laptop came from, what a deal and easy to upgrade an XPS. Two thumbs up

This was an incredible choice. I had no idea what I was missing since I've been using Apple keyboards for years. This one has the click-clack that I desired in life, with mechanical keys that can be cleaned the next time I laugh while simultaneously drinking sticky grapefruit juice. The keyboard was in mint condition, good as new, and was super easy to set up. It also has a ton of options for backlighting. Super happy with my purchase - I will continue to be a BackMarket customer.

The quality of the product is excellent, as advertised. Setup was very simple. This was my second purchase with backmarket (I am still using my 2013 Macbook air lol, running strong) and will continue to purchase from you guys. This was just what I needed for my Real estate business :)
