The Dell Optiplex 7440 was received in very good condition. It was a replacement for one used on our waterjet equipment. We connected it and everything worked as it should. It has been about a month and everything still works.

After sending the wrong item a HP vs Lenovo ordered you promised a credit for inconvenience, never received, also I repeatedly asked to have the warranty I paid for switched to the laptop sent and a corrected bill of sale issued also not done.

I was very hesitant ordering reconditioned, but, glad I did. My computer turned out to be GREAT!! Have only had for a couple of weeks, so far, more than I ever expected. The only problem, did Not hook up with HDMI had to use VGA cable. After purchasing a VGA cable it has been just Great!! Will repeat if I have to, thinking about buying a Cell Phone now reconditioned. Back Market is VERY responsive, easy to communicate with. A+ Review

When I first set it up, it worked great, but over the last year, the memory kept hanging up and I'd have to restart it several times a week. It's now at the point where I have to restart it daily and sometimes more, and there are times the keyboard stops working, so I know the memory is going out . .. I restart and it'll work fine for about an hour, then start hanging up. . .. I've bought another desktop from BM . . . and not even 3 days in, it's giving me a blue screen!!!!

Completely satisfied with all dealings with the company. Only concern is one of the chargers did not work. I messaged y’all, got a quick response to not return faulty charger but wait for response as what to do about a replacement charger. 5 star recommendation. Great, exactly what I expected from the unit. So far the Desktop has been working as expected.

Lasted a few months past the warranty before it stopped charging. To fix it I'd have to replace either the dc charger jack or the entire motherboard (which is worth more than the laptop). Disappointed in the product and the seller

the laptop arrived initially it seams good I just unboxed it and started using right away it is my first experience with backmarket and everything is as descripted as far as the device specs and discription goes

Came on time. Received quite a few status updates which was good. Have only had a little over a week and so far okay. It has everything I need except Microsoft built in. Was a pain just attempting to create/edit a simple word doc. Until of course I had to purchase it.

It's a very good well built computer. The seller is great and I would buy from them again.
