Customer service was extremely prompt, phone arrived in great condition except for the battery which discharged a little faster than I had wanted. They gave me a credit for $30 so I could put in a new battery as it was too difficult to ship it back and have them do it although they were willing. This phone has 128 GB of storage and makes all the difference in the world for shooting short art videos. Since I moved up from a primitive iPhone 4S to an iPhone 7 this is like Christmas. Very few scratches and I purchased a Biodegradable case to go with it which I really like. Another thing I really like is being able to use a refurbished phone rather than buying a new one which I feel is more environmentally sound. This is my second purchase with back market… I had previously purchased a reconditioned MacBook Pro and have been extremely happy with it for more than a year.

We bought this phone for my 95 year old father. He had a six plus and needed to update. The condition of the new phone is wonderful and the price good. The delivery was faster than anticipated and I feel like customer service would be very good if a problem arose. We did not want to change brand of phone since he was acclimated to an iPhone this was a good solution.

I like the Phone Se Case is much sturdier than my old one which was very low profile, but this case is much better and durable. Plus I like the purple color too and afterwards you can throw it in the Compost if you can't use it anymore. I really need a case which would work in my car and on my nightstand which is very hard. I think I order 2020 newer version and it fit my old first generation SE model.

The phone was perfect. The case was great. Nice and sturdy for my husband. He’s very happy that he has a smart phone. I have recommended BackMarket to my friends. I may be back to get him a newer iPad one of these days. Thanks!

I got this for my 6 year old grandson who lives in another state. I also bought a used IPhone for him just so we can FaceTime on wifi. I LOVE being in contact again after many many months without him being able to contact me. When he saw the cover and saw a turtle on it, he asked why there was a turtle on it. Little did I know that his classroom is known as the turtles (mascot). It is great.

Everything associated with the purchase was great. When I ordered the iPhone I didn't realize that it would come with a nice case, so I ordered this one because it showed up on the same web site as the phone. Now I have two good cases and am undecided as to which one to use. such a dilemma.

I drop my phone a lot (not something I'm proud of, but i will be honest) and this case works perfectly to protect my device. I'm so grateful for the compostable option in a plastic-heavy product market, and will absolutely recommend Pela to anyone.

Love love love! Exactly as described, completely new. Did get lost in the mail for a bit , but I wasn’t in any hurry. Plus they were super helpful about sending me a replacement if it did get lost. Can’t beat the price! :D

The case is awesome! I got one to give as a gift. The color and design is cool and it has raised edges so that the screen doesn't lay flat. The texture is nice not smooth nor ruff, just right to give grip. I was considering keeping keeping it for myself 😅 . I don't know how it holds up to long term use, this was the reason I didn't it an TOP rating.
