    I’m aware there’s a Reddit group full of users who’ve had negative experiences with Back Market. I’ve known about the company for several years, but I avoided ordering from them because of those stories, even though some people did report positive outcomes. That said, I chose this device because it fit exactly what I needed: seamless integration between my MacBook for video editing, photos, and posting on social sites for my business. Using my Android device wasn’t feasible for the kind of smooth workflow I was looking for. In the end, ordering was a breeze. The device is a great addition to have in my pocket for business use, and I was able to get it for a fraction of the original cost. The one thing I would change is that I should have gone with the Pro Max instead of the pro as it is a bit small. That said, as with anything online, buying from a third-party seller always comes with some risk. However, that doesn’t mean every seller is someone you should automatically be wary of, this seller was definitely top tier in my book!

    I will be honest with my opinion. I was expecting this iPad with some fear because for that price I did not think it was real. But thank God, the iPad arrived quickly. I must say that I reviewed it more than 4 times both on the outside and its software and I did not find any flaws, nor a scrape, it is perfect, thank you very much, I recommend you 100%, I will buy with you again.

    Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

    Whole process was smooth, price was great, and I was kept in the loop throughout the process. Even got an email when my trade-in return was delayed getting back to the refurbisher, so I didn't have to wonder about the time it took. The new-to-us iPad we received was in excellent shape, indistinguishable from new, as far as I could tell. Only *minor* quibble I have? The iPad didn't arrive with the newest iOS version installed, which can be a pain to update before initial setup. We got there in the end... but the transfer from the old iPad to the new would've been a lot simpler if it had the latest version. Again -- minor complaint, everything else about the transaction was great.
