    This computer is faster than any new computer I have ever purchased. It arrived packaged well and no damage. Hooked it up and it works perfect. I am certainly not what you would call a computer expert, gamer, etc. I use it for estimating software and web surfing/email for my business. I am very impatient when I know I am not using hardly any of the capacity of a computer and it is still slower than death. This computer more than fits my current needs and I am positive it will meet any future needs that I have. I am usually very skeptical of purchasing "refurbished" electronics because ones definition of refurbished is usually quite different from another's definition. I am so glad I took the chance and tried BackMarket. I am beyond happy with this purchase and have already bragged to others how great BackMarket was to deal with. I would definetly purchase again.

    I've been using this laptop for close to a year for a little bit of everything. Writing, Zoom Calls, web browsing. Ran into some trouble with the HDMI port that solved itself eventually, and the external speakers are faulty. Sometimes I have the odd software glitch with the laptop's cursor-pad going unresponsive. A simple reboot fixes that. Since the laptop runs off of an SSD that's really not a huge problem. I just save my work and restart when this once-in-a-blue-moon issue occurs. Besides these small issues (I typically use earbuds or headphones over a laptop's external speakers anyway) the machine itself is responsive and zippy. If anything changes I'll update my review, but I must say. For a 7 year old laptop this thinkpad is still running strong.

    my excellent condition of this macbook 2017 15 inch got one line scratch at the front and the screen but not visible when the laptop is turn on but its refurbished so we cannot do something but the rest is ok 😀 about 6 inch the scratch 😅
