Ordered MacBook Pro with Touch Bar in June 2022. It's Currently October 2022 and its working GREAT. This seller was great I got the MacBook Pro for a great price. I would definitely recommend purchasing one. I still can't believe I how well it works.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She loves it and there has not been any problems with the iPad. I requested “Excellent” condition and it looked brand new. Will definitely look at this website before ordering any more Apple products. Very happy with this purchase!

This computer is faster than any new computer I have ever purchased. It arrived packaged well and no damage. Hooked it up and it works perfect. I am certainly not what you would call a computer expert, gamer, etc. I use it for estimating software and web surfing/email for my business. I am very impatient when I know I am not using hardly any of the capacity of a computer and it is still slower than death. This computer more than fits my current needs and I am positive it will meet any future needs that I have. I am usually very skeptical of purchasing "refurbished" electronics because ones definition of refurbished is usually quite different from another's definition. I am so glad I took the chance and tried BackMarket. I am beyond happy with this purchase and have already bragged to others how great BackMarket was to deal with. I would definetly purchase again.

The iPad I received (Very Good grade) arrived quickly and in PERFECT condition. Apart from not being in the original Apple packaging, it looks and operates as BRAND NEW. I’m very happy with my purchase.

This product was perfect I got a Good one. The screen was perfect and the condition was really really good. If your going to put the iPad in a case anyway these are the way to go! I would definitely buy again!

Excellent quality all around from functionality to appearance! I was worried about the functionality of a refurbished laptop but so far it’s awesome. Granted this is only day one. I love that it came with a warranty. Shipping was fast and well packaged.

Excellent Buy, It works well

I've purchased a few times on Backmarket and always had good luck. Unfortunately, this laptop showed up as a complete lemon. I understand that sometimes happens with refurbished items, and I tried to send it back willing to take a refund or a replacement. The seller, ReviveIT, refused to take responsibility and told us to eat sand. Not only do I need to shell out for another machine, but my employee has been without a device for two weeks while I've tried to resolve the issue amicably.

Shipping was fast but the Dell CPU with an SSD didn't load Windows. A very fast and easy return followed as did the arrival of the replacement machine. Thank you Back Market and great vendors! Very happy with customer service and the quality of my new inexpensive CPU. Would recommend!
