This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She loves it and there has not been any problems with the iPad. I requested “Excellent” condition and it looked brand new. Will definitely look at this website before ordering any more Apple products. Very happy with this purchase!

I love it. I’m not a previous Mac user and was stumped slight at a few things. Quick searches and grab the college grandkid and I feel pretty good about the purchase. I still have to figure out how to get all my apps installed but I’m not scared. 😉

Literally the definition of the perfect college laptop that doesn't require a second mortgage to be taken out. Plenty of space and processing power, with the battery lasting all day. Then the best part is the one year warranty, you can not find a brand-new laptop with everything this thing has for $300. I'll be sure to let everyone know where the deals are!

Ordered in good condition for a great price! I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a day early than the tracker estimated. It was clean and in excellent condition for the price and the age of the device! Came loaded with Windows 10 Pro and set up was very quick out of the box because device came fully charged! They had also installed an extended battery which I wasn't expecting, so I easily can get 10+ hours out of it from full charge. I was looking for a reliable laptop at a cheaper price and what I received far exceeded my expectations! Back Markets' communication and customer service was great.
