    Great experience so far. Shipping was fast, arrived safely. I paid the extra for the "top shelf" option and I cannot see a single flaw in the phone- screen, backing, and cameras all look new. Transition was super easy with the Samsung Smart Switch app, though it took around 6 hours to transfer everything. I upgraded from a Galaxy s8 (quite old) with my main desires being more storage, better battery life, and a better camera- and this checks all three boxes. Great purchase for a great price- I'll come back here when it's time for an upgrade (probably another 5 years haha). My only qualm- no headphone jack, but that's on Samsung.

    Everything was great for the first three months. Then the phone got a little wet--not soaked or dunked. We failed to follow the warranty instructions, and learned from a third party repair guy that the antenna was unfixable and two other parts had to be replaced, so it wasn't worth it to repair the phone. Back into the recycle cycle it goes. I don't remember if it came with accessories but there's no "IDK" option in this survey.
