Product was listed as a Surface Pro keyboard - so I figured they're all the same. Unfortunately the keyboard was physically incompatible with my Pro-8 connections. As a new Surface users I was not aware of the difference between models. However, the seller was quick to offer a refund (no replacement was available). I shiped it back and got a refund in short order. No hassle. Wish all my purchases were this simple.

Delivery great. Phone was in perfect condition. Everything exceeded my expectations. The moto z4 are not compatible with signa hearing aids. They will not pair. Therefore I had to return them which was a painless process.

The Laptop is great. Only disappointment being, the pictures shows a matte black version and what I got was silver. At the end of the day, not a big deal. Would be lying if I wasnt looking forward to a darker device.

The quality of the order was amazing! But I ran into an issue... The keyboard seemed to put the most random letters and numbers with every press. I had shipped the order back and was refunded for the item. The customer service was amazing! Even though the product didn't work right, I've bought from Backmarket before and never had an issue, my guess is something was just wrong with my item. Would still recommend them

Ended up returning for no fault of seller. Device was in flawless condition, powered right on, software was outdated but updated well. Everything was packed very well and came in the original box! Also included Apple Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. Would definitely recommend for daily use. I returned because the 8GB RAM was not enough power for my Photoshop editing.

This product works perfectly. I have had no issues, and it came in pristine condition. My only issue was the shipping. My box arrive very damaged and if it wasn't for one thing layer of bubble wrap I would have wasted money on a broken PlayStation.

Ok, love the phone. Technical issues with VZW to receive SMS and MMS messages though. You have to request VZW to make this a CDMA-Less phone. A pain, but as soon as you get a rep that listens, it's golden. Great phone and great speed with the shipping. Can't beat having a warranty on a refurbished item. Will be going business again.
