The iMac is great, but it was sent with a non-Apple keyboard that didn't work as well as a. non-Apple mouse that wouldn't connect. Thankfully, I have an apple keyboard and a mighty mouse that I was able to connect to the new iMac and get it up and running. Overall positive experience, but Apple products should be accompanied by Apple, peripherals and accessories, and not aftermarket stuff.

Well packed for shipment, the 2017 27" iMac was as advertised (excellent condition) and was up in minutes.

The computer overrall works well. Theres 2 issues. For reference I have another 2019 27in Imac Im comparing this to. First, the webcam isnt the clearest. I make loom videos all day, so this is a big issue to me. Not the biggest deal because Ill just buy a webcam. Second, the start up on this is obesely slow! It takes forever to get past the log in screen. When your at the desktop, it take a few minutes for everything to load. It takes forever for safia to actually be useable and connect to websites. I compared it to my 27in i5 and the i5 blows this out of the water when it comes to start up. After start up there arent any issues. I dont have time to send this away for repair. So i guess im stuck with it as is.

Seems to be working great but there’s a huge scrape/set of scrapes on the back of the stand. I don’t know if that means it’s not in “excellent” condition. Maybe this warrants some account credit. I also didn’t get a choice on the color of the mouse and keyboard, even though the box showed options.

This is my first time using back market and because of this order i’m definitely going to be using this again. I bought this for my 12.9 inch M2 Apple Air and it works perfectly!

The laptop is working great, the shipping was fast , the laptop arrived 3 days after I ordered it and it arrived well packaged and in good condition.

Works as expected. Got the blue one and it is what was shipped. Too soon to tell if built-in battery will last. Overall, a good buy!

I was super happy with my keyboard. I already had a logitech keyboard for my iPad but I felt like it was too bulk and wanted one with better feeling keys. Got a wicked good price on this and to my surprise it came as new. Still in the original apple box, packaging, warranty stickers and all. Definitely would get something else from here again!

At first, I was a little skeptical because I had never bought from backmarket but I am super happy with my purchase. I can’t believe that there is not a tiny bit of scratches found on the keyboard and the packaging was so neat. I would 10/10 recommend backmarket and can’t wait to buy more in the future!

I have a 27" iMac. Unfortunately, it is a 2012 "vintage", and can no longer keep up with "progress" (OS will not update to present time). I was VERY pleased to obtain a 2019 iMac, with current OS (and still upgradable!). Thank you Back Market! I have been waiting a while using the 'new' 27" iMac until I am sure. I am very pleased with it. I love the 27", and all that screen space, which is why I purchased the last year of the 27" iMacs. Now, with the quality of Apple, I am surprised that an off-brand keyboard and mouse came with the iMac. It did NOT hold up very well, and I finally replaced it with an Apple keyboard (Magic Keyboard), that is doing quite well. My only dismay is the keyboard that came with the iMac. Other than that, KUDOs to Back Market. P.S. Do NOT ship with FedEx. The box came damaged, with the bottom open and the contents (yes, the iMac) falling out. It was left on my porch, with no notice of delivery. Thanks to the excellent packing job by Back Market, the iMac survived just fine. However, I have given instructions to my other merchants (Amazon, etc.) to NOT ship via FedEx because of their deteriorating service.
