    I have a 27" iMac. Unfortunately, it is a 2012 "vintage", and can no longer keep up with "progress" (OS will not update to present time). I was VERY pleased to obtain a 2019 iMac, with current OS (and still upgradable!). Thank you Back Market! I have been waiting a while using the 'new' 27" iMac until I am sure. I am very pleased with it. I love the 27", and all that screen space, which is why I purchased the last year of the 27" iMacs. Now, with the quality of Apple, I am surprised that an off-brand keyboard and mouse came with the iMac. It did NOT hold up very well, and I finally replaced it with an Apple keyboard (Magic Keyboard), that is doing quite well. My only dismay is the keyboard that came with the iMac. Other than that, KUDOs to Back Market. P.S. Do NOT ship with FedEx. The box came damaged, with the bottom open and the contents (yes, the iMac) falling out. It was left on my porch, with no notice of delivery. Thanks to the excellent packing job by Back Market, the iMac survived just fine. However, I have given instructions to my other merchants (Amazon, etc.) to NOT ship via FedEx because of their deteriorating service.

    I was super happy with my keyboard. I already had a logitech keyboard for my iPad but I felt like it was too bulk and wanted one with better feeling keys. Got a wicked good price on this and to my surprise it came as new. Still in the original apple box, packaging, warranty stickers and all. Definitely would get something else from here again!

    Hi, I received the computer well packaged and with no damage to the box. The computer itself looks virtually flawless so your rating of "Excellent" was spot on. Other than stumbling around for a week trying to figure out how to use it, the operation was very smooth. My week of stumbling was due to me being a lifelong Windows user, so lots of things are different and I still haven't got all the keyboard shortcuts memorized. I had thought that since I have had iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for years the transition to Mac would be a little easier.......but I was wrong. It's slowly getting better however. I have only had one major problem with hardware since I got this computer. When I first set it up the apple friendly keyboard and mouse that you supplied with it worked beautifully by just plugging them in to the Mac. Then, about 2 days later, the keyboard and the mouse quit working (with Bluetooth). I have checked all the settings I can find on the Mac and repeatedly tried to get both of them to pair again with the Mac....but to no avail.     This was a pretty close match to my existing Lenovo monitor. I'm now using both together in a dual monitor setup. Shipping was fast, packaging was solid. No complaints! Thanks!

    Definitely will buy again from BackMarket when needed. Second Apple purchase and there have been 0 complaints. Looks new, acts new...but much less $ than new!!

    The item came fast and it was packaged very well. I bought it in Excellent condition and it totally looked brand new. No dents or scratch visible. Very happy with my purchase.

    Beautiful iMac with fast delivery. I paid for the best condition possible , but it had a huge gouge in plain view on the bottom right corner. Wishing I would have known it'd be such a noticable defect I wouldn't have purchased this one.
