To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone.     I am very pleased with my iPhone 12 that I received in a timely and reassuring manner (updates and tracking numbers sent). There are other avenues I have used in the past and I will say that this is the most professional company that I have worked with in terms of communication and customer service. I ordered a phone in "good" condition and I only saw minor cosmetic scratches on the frame of the phone and the screen is fine. What I was most concerned with in buying a refurbished phone was the battery life. I charged it overnight and left it while I was at work disconnected, and still have 80+%. Two weeks later, it still runs that way retaining battery life. Very pleased with this company (and don't know anyone who works there or works there myself).

    The iPhone 12 Pro, I ordered arrived on time as promised. It functioned and looked perfect. But with a notification from Settings that the display and camera were not genuine Apple parts. I guess because it is refurbished but I thought they use Apple parts for refurbishing. Apparently not always. As of yet all wroks perfectly. So no real complaint there though genuine Apple parts would have made it more "genuine"

    I have made several purchases with Back Market and have never been disappointed. I usually spend the extra and get a phone in excellent shape. I recently purchased an iphone 11 Pro, and went with the "good" quality not knowing what to expect. After reading several reviews from the seller, I must admit I was a little worried about the quality and parts used to refurbish the iphone, as well as the care taken to ship the item. I received the phone 2 days after ordering, so the shipping was fast and on time. The phone came packaged very well. Upon opening the box, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the phone was in excellent condition, I could not find a scratch on any of the surfaces of the phone, it basically looked brand new. My next concern was the battery, and again, found that the battery life was at 100% so I basically got a phone in excellent condition, with a new battery, for a great price! I have used the phone over the weekend with no issues. Another great experience!

    Okay the phone is Not Unlocked... its Locked to Verizon I am using Spectrum so the only issue is I can not get insurance through my provider . The condition of the phone is great. But it was supposed to be unlocked...

    After looking at the battery cycle count, I realized my phone from Back Market was essentially brand new! It must have been returned a few days after it was purchased, and it has just been sitting in a box for a year.
