    I replaced my broken iphone SE (2016) 32 mb with this iphone SE (2016) 128 mb. Even though it's condition was listed as "fair", the phone looked pretty perfect to me! It was easy to restore my backup on it, too. I'm thrilled to have the extra storage space for a bunch more photos! The absolutely AMAZING part? The BATTERY HEALTH is 97 percent, more than DOUBLE what my broken phone has when it ended it's life. Super speedy shipping, well packed! Great communication and shipping notifications.     Opened the box and at first glance the phone looked great. After looking at it I notice there was a scratch at the bottom of the screen which is to be expected with fair condition. The big reason for the 1 star is upon setting the phone up for my daughter (birthday present) I was told by my phone carrier that the phone could not be activated bc it was reported as stolen. So no birthday present for my kid and now I have to return to phone, wait for an inspection before they process my return and my daughter is left with no present on her birthday for who knows how long. I have been buying phone for years and this is the first time I’ve ever run into this problem but you would think that something like this would have been checked before shipping out to a customer.
