I cannot believe this actually arrived in three days. It's pristine, looks and works like new. I was able to update it to Monterey and it's working like a MacBook six years newer. The seller even included what appears to be a brand new charger with it. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed, and I think I'm getting my next phone at BackMarket.

The Lenovo's factory specs speak loudly enough without my help, but on the personal side, this beautiful refurbished Yoga the BackMarket team delivered is the first ever serious rival my legendary old refurbished Win98 IBM Thinkpad's had for it's long reign as the #1 All Time Favorite in my heart. Until now, no other has even come close. The C940's flexibility, garaged active pen & low/hi/off backlit, sculpted keyboard make up for no built in little trackball, which most keyboards don't have anyway. I appreciate the light on NumLock, too. Of course the old Thinkpad didn't have a touch-screen, fingerprint reader or webcam with a privacy slider, either & USB-C & a whole TB drive were unheard of. I haven't tried recording and checking noise levels yet, but the Yoga's powerful array speaker system's also a very nice treat. While I'd actually prefer a bit bigger pen, my index finger has even made friends with the tiny sand pebble sized nick it found on the front edge of the lid, playing around there whilst I'm lost in thought. I could easily, but won't, fill it in with a drop of polish or super glue. Other than that one spot, the case is silky smooth & blemish free & my eyes still don't notice that slight imperfection unless I actually focus on it. Not only did the refurb over new price difference cover the sales tax on this heavyweight, but my whole weekend was rescued when the box showed up early :) Thank you for the wonderful, heroic start on my adventure with the new epic legend.

MBP arrived in a reasonable time, wrapped in bubble wrap and included the charger "the charger prongs were bent but I was able to straighten". Overall the condition is very clean, with only a couple very small blemishes. Fired right up and works well, with only one problem that I will try to get fixed. The issue is the left shift key, that only logs your pressing the key if you press directly in the center of the key. I didn't realize until I was trying to figure out why I was entering the wrong password for everything. Had this been the right shift key, I'd most likely never even realize. Overall, my BackMarket experience has been above average and I will buy again.

I must reveal that this device has surpassed my expectations. The condition is flawless, and the performance is excellent. At this price point for a two (2) year old laptop,this was a steal. Also, the packaging was something I had ever seen, and as a result I plan to reuse it when I need to travel with the device.

Still waiting out my 30 days to see if there are any kinks but so far I am in love. Came in only TWO DAYS! The laptop was in excellent condition despite buying “good”. The battery life is lower than brand new but that’s an obvious trade off and it’s a negligible difference. Screen, keyboard, etc. are all in great shape so no issues there. Overall just an excellent product. Even if issues arise I will repurchase from BackMarket as the process was painless, straightforward, and user friendly. One thing I will say though is perhaps call your bank prior to purchase. Had a few issues with my bank after dropping a couple hundred bucks on a place called Back Market lol but once I got that squared away it was no issue. Really solid work here.

Monitor is great with my M1 Mac mini. Arrived in factory box and I don't see a mark on it anywhere. Original thunderbolt cable was in the box and didn't work - but there was also a brand new one bagged in the box which works perfectly for display and also power delivery for my MacBook. Webcam works well too. Highly recommended for people with Thunderbolt 3 Macs (that's the Thunderbolt version with the USB-C connector).

My order arrived within 24 hours of me placing my order. I was more than pleased with the speed of delivery. The monitor I ordered was in great condition! There were no noticeable mars or scratches anywhere. It came with all the cords I needed to connect to my Mac Mini and worked perfectly. Ten minutes after opening the box, I was up and running. Back Market is wonderful. They offer high quality used electronics at a fair price. I'm not sure I'll ever buy a brand new computer or monitor again.

We were a bit skeptical as it was our first time buying refurbished and from this company. Once we received both MacBooks, we were so happy and pleased! They both came ahead of time. Packed very very well. They work like brand new. In fact we got one in excellent condition and the other in good. You could not even tell the good wasn’t excellent. Both MacBooks looked brand new. No scratches at all. Back Market is amazing and we will alway check here first. It’s also nice to know how much they work to save the planet.

I ordered my Mac on a Sunday, and I had it by Wednesday! The price was unbeatable! And it can do things my older 2013 iMac could never dream of! This was the second computer we had ordered from back market.com(first Mac), and now we have bought 3 total computers from them! I would like to add that the condition was listed as “good” but I would have considered the appearance of the outside as excellent!

My Wife's mini Mac got too old to keep updated, causing some problems. So I looked around and saw this unit. It is of the last generation that will load the current macOS. It came with El Capitan and upgraded to Monterey with out a hitch. The Mac mini being replace came with an external power supply (a "brick"). The replacement unit has an internal power supply which is much easer to use. Two things I really liked about the experience are that the unit was in really good shape, especially for the price, and the order process was straight forward and painless. I would recommend Back Market to anyone who doesn't demand new.
