    This is the second time the seller has sent me a device that does not match what I ordered, at first it was locked to the wrong carrier and next it was in fair condition instead of the excellent I ordered. Backmarkets support staff were very quick and helpful however only able to apply a 10% discount or send the device back for another go. Overall my experience was better than with other refurbishment sites.

    The phone itself was pretty decent however I was disappointed in the condition the phone was listed in. The buttons function poorly with the power button sticking and the down volume button sticking. If you press it, the volume goes to silent and you can't stop it. The phone also came with a sim card still in it which I found surprising if there was any type of inspection.

    The battery was definitely not new when I paid for a new one. I was quite surprised at how okay the phone looked. It was in fair condition and held up to those standards. There were no scratches on the screen, but there were some marks and scrapes on the side of the phone, which is to be expected. I am still really mad about the battery life.
