Best purchase I have ever made! I purchased this computer for work and it has everything I needed and paid for. Well worth the price. I also got a free upgrade to the W541 and a better CPU also. This model comes with the integrated Intel GPU and also the NVidia GPU. Computer came clean and fully charged, started right up and easy to setup. Thank you!

so I order a Dell Latitude 7480. What I got sent was a bit of a surprise. It said I had been "upgraded" to a 7490. Sounds good right? It ended up being a GREAT laptop, everything works. My only gripe is they should have asked me beforehand "Hey we dont have a 7480 left. is it cool if we send you this other model? here are the specs difference so you can decide." but instead they just sent it without telling me. Again, thankfully the computer is AWESOME and runs flawless. The battery is even 100% health! I just think it's best to let the customer decide in these cases of "out of stock" and at least put the specs on the box. As it was, I had to open it and dig through the "About Your PC" panel to compare if what I got lived up to what I had originally ordered. Thankfully it really did and they were very cordial and responsive when I reached out. Good experience overall. Do recommend.

Read before buying! The product was in its original box. It did not come with a manual. But because I’ve been doing my own research on the product for weeks, I was able to use what I had and it was very easy to set up. If you know your technology, which I’m fortunate enough to have experience with. Set up should be a breeze. It came with a SIM card specifically for the type of device, and a generic off brand charger,l. I had then set it up with a AT&T plan and it started out wonky and kept shutting off and rebooting until I figured out how to access the device settings from my phone and used my macbook charger which was a lot longer and allowed me to place it anywhere I wanted. The speed is great, I chose 100gb each month, and only used 15gb from basic streaming and browsing but I’ll be broadcasting pretty soon so that’ll be the ultimate test. Thank you so much for the awesome support. I look forward to making more purchases soon! Probably in the accessories section. You guys rock! **Also I thought this was strictly a 4g lte only device but it also supports 5g l don’t think I had any difference when using either. But I’m just glad it works and I got it for a couple hundred less than other sites that had the item brand new.

The first pleasant surprise was the product upgrade I received without asking. The processor was a model newer, and the hard drive was the next size bigger. Huge thanks. The device did have minor wear but it looks immaculate for an 11 year old laptop. Nothing beats the form factor. This device will be well used and appreciated until it no longer can function. I will certainly be returning to BackMarket when looking for my next device.

What was described for sale was the "machine" that I was needing for a replicate backup travel laptop. I expected a bare-bones computer with a low-budget OS: a charger was not in the description. What I got was a well-cared-for laptop, with a charger and top-of-the-line Windows 10 Pro OS. A few goodies were also included, such as a movie codec, and gaming connections. Everything properly packaged, with expedited delivery (given the southeastern motor fuel interruption at the time). When you sent a new power cord to fix the battery charging issues, the computer crashed and it doesn't respond at all. I now have an $800 paper weight. I have contacted Backmarket twice by email and have yet to receive a response. 8-13-2020 Finally made the connections, returned the bad computer and received a new one in a week or so. They could not fix the original computer so they replaced it. They even moved the old SSD to the new computer so I retained all my information. My problem was in not understanding how the communication emails worked. Once I figured that out, it was easy. I expected to be able to email back and forth, but in reality, I had to login to my account and send a message. They responded with an email that confirmed my messages, but couldn't be responded to. I had to login each time to my account to generate a response. Now it is all good. The other computer I purchased has continued to work just fine, fortunatly, since it was for my wife. - dlm

Quality is very high. The first thing I did when I received and unpacked the computer was to physically examine it very closely. It looked very good, very clean, no visible marks at all. Operationally I am extremely pleased, I got precisely what I thought I was getting. The price was very right. I am a repeat customer, having bought my Samsung phone from here and I had an excellent experience with that as well.
