What happens once I've accepted the offer and shipped my phone?
The refurbisher will receive your phone after a few business days and does a check on the device to make sure it coincides with the information provided. If the phone meets the previously agreed upon conditions and criteria, then your original offer should be approved and transferred to the bank within seven days. If the device does not meet the provided specs, the refurbisher will end up providing a new offer, which you can choose to approve or reject.
