The phone quit holding a charge about six months into our ownership. We reported it, and Phone Ride agreed to repair or replace it. However, once they received the phone, they said that it had been water damaged and not fixable. That was not true. It had not been in water. If you were hoping for a five out of five stars, I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. The phone's firmware was altered either by rooting or hacking the original Samsung operating system. I returned the phone and to date have not received the refund promised in two to three days. I was going to wait until Monday before addressing the refund (today is the third day)but you asked.
