Battery life leaves something to be desired (not the sellers fault, just how the phone is). Otherwise, it is a fantastic phone! I went with the "excellent" quality phone and it looked brand new.

3.9/5I was disappointed that this phone stopped working properly after a year of use. The digitizer went bad and now all that works to use the screen is the stylus. Also the battery will randomly drop by 30% or more in a matter of minutes. My first phone purchased on Backmarket (the Galaxy Note 9) nearly 5 years ago is still working with minimal issues aside from a note great battery life. So I don't know if this is an issue with the refurbishment or just an issue with this particular device. I love Backmarket in every other respect so I hope this is just a bad egg.
