Hope this doesn't happen again: Buy a good phone from a seller, wait 4 weeks to get shipment, miss the shipment b/c of the delay and my schedule, get to the phone a year later and discover that the screen doesn't work.
And then I try to find a Backmarket internal customer service channel to voice this experience, but here I am instead, writing a public bad review for what I believe is a good app.
Anyone else?
