It’s been a long time since I received the phone and I forgot about it because it was basically useless! The phone seemed like a clone doesn’t feel like Samsung made it. It overheats and 100% battery doesn’t last more that 2 hours! I used to have this same model and it was way smoother and the battery lasted about 12 hours.

Love hate story here... First phone arrived quickly but when I took it to the AT&T store to get a SIM card, the phone slot scratched it up so badly that it would not work. Talked to someone at the provider store (Upgrade Solution). Customer service was a little dodgy sounding (speaker didn't identify herself etc) but she sent me a replacement phone 2 day with a return sticker. Two days later and a new SIM card the phone is working fine. Good condition, good charge. Overall a 5 day event to get everything working. Would likely order from Backmkt again.
