Price was good, condition was great at first glance, in keeping with my past experience at backmarket, which tends to be great. This one needed a closer look though. The battery was expanding, pushing the screen off. Backmarket paid to have the battery replaced though, so for initial quality I would give the is two stars, but in the end they made it right. So don't be afraid, they have great customer service.

Ordered two tablets. One has an issue with the screen. It's much dimmer than the other tablet and has spots where is darker than others. Confirmed it's not a software issue. Only recourse is to return because apparently the warranty for repair/replacement advertised on the purchasing page is a half-truth at best and the seller gets to decide whether they get to repair/replace the item. After receiving the tablet the price to get another refurbished tablet of equal "Good" quality is $70-90 more. So a refund gets us our money back(after waiting almost a week) but leaves us without a tablet.
