We didn't realize that the device came without the pen though, which caused an extra run to best buy to be in order. Mostly, it's a good device. It definitely has issues though. Sometimes apps just won't download from the play store, but after I submit feedback to Google, I can get the app a day or two later. Also, the keyboard is a bit buggy; it'll sometimes type multiple characters at once (none of which are the ones I'm actually trying to type), but attaching a Bluetooth keyboard is an easy solution.
