Refurbished Galaxy Z Fold5

It did say excellent condition they're scratches on the screen , not the folding screen, but the main screen its really minor but if your going to say "Excellent condition" I am expecting no floss, other than that the phone is running good and a lot off my friends are giving me compliments on it I only open it to check on my e-mail and watching movies , I have a Samsung Note 20 5g I am keeping just in case this one fails, its basically my plan B

I love this phone so much and you won't find this it at this price anywhere else. I bought in good condition and front screen and some scratches that are not that noticeable and when I put a tempered glass protector they disappeared. The inside screen is in flawless condition. the outside has some scratches, it looks like previous owner had a case that made some scratches in specific areas but nothing major, overall amazing phone for the price. This is my 4th time buying from BackMarket and is always a pleasant experience, amazing customer service. Also the delivery was delivered earlier than expected which is nice 👍

Everything works amazingly well! The phone appeared to be brand new as it was without a scratch. I purchased a "Good" condition phone but upon receiving it the phone feels more like excellent condition. I will no longer buy new phones with 24 month contracts. "This is the way."

when I get the phone, condition was great, I seen it have like 2 super small to unnoticeable scratches which didn't affect me bc I had a case covering it anyways, both the front and inner screen was in great condition I had it for about 2 weeks and more and I love it alot, I got used to it less then a few days, I had iPhone 13 pro max before this and I already miss using the iPhone's UI but there are iOS Ui apps on the store

Absolutely perfect condition; if they had told me this phone was unboxed from the factory packaging and then immediately placed into bubblewrap and sent to me, I'd believe them. Works great, completely immaculate and was trivially easy to set up. If this experience is any indication, I see absolutely no need to purchase any piece of electronic hardware new ever again. Backmarket has earned a lifelong customer.

Tea Time!! All I can say is "Wow!" I have completed other orders through Back Market, but this one iced the cake!! I bought the Galaxy Z-Fold 5 for my oldest son and it is 'lit'! except for one tiny tiny nick, I could not find anything wrong. The phone is as advertised, unlocked and great condition. The packing was secure. Shipping was prompt. nice transaction.

The phones performance, shipping, back market customer service was great. My problem lies, once again, is with the phone's carrier condition. The phone is carrier locked but the fact that it is under contract is the concerning fact. As a general rule of thumb, always check the phone's IMEI number, especially with AT&T. if it's under contract or payment plan, just return it. It could either be lost or stolen when sold to the refurbished. The phone can be disabled at any moment if it is. I did gave the seller the option to replace the phone with something that's not under contract or payment plan, and provide me the IMEI number to prove it. They decided to refund my money instead, and that's what concerning me even more.
