The content for the item was incorrect, as it came up on a search for android phones and I purchased it, believing it to be an android. Instead, the one I received is a windows OS. When I contacted customer service, I had to ask more than once about a replacement that actually is an android, and was informed there are none. I was informed I can send the phone back with a prepaid shipping label that was emailed to me - so now my daughter has to go without a phone AND I have to figure out how to print the shipping label as I do not have a printer. I was informed, after I had to insist more than once, that I may receive a discount on a future phone or expedited shipping - but why would I want to go back to this company? I now have to do extra work to correct their mistake from the beginning - I work 2 jobs and go to school! Somehow I have to find time to get the label printed and mail back the phone, which puts me in the same predicament I was attempting to fix from the start by ordering a phone in the first place.
