First time ordering refurbished.. Ordered this phone for Christmas, ordered it in excellent condition. I got more than described, battery health is 100%, came in pristine, straight out of the box condition. Whoever last had this device took very good care of it! Shipping was fast! Speaker grill was a little dirty but that can be cleaned. Thanks too this seller for a lovely iPhone 7 Plus.

The phone i got looked brand new. not a single scratch or ding. They even put a screen protector on it for me. This is the best refurbished phone i have gotten. I'll be getting another one from them if this one ever dies.

I really like my IPhone 7 plus phone. It has the larger size screen and has the dual cameras which take much better pictures than my Samsung Galaxy A03. It syncs with my IPad which is good.
I can only update to ios 15.8.1 unfortunately so some Apps will not work on my phone. Oh, well.

Just getting around to rating this as I'm looking into another new purchase. I purchased this iPhone 7 plus over 2 years ago and it's still going strong! No signs of wear or tear and I've somehow kept it that way. The only reason I'm looking to upgrade is becasue I can't seem to get all of the updates on this older version of iPhone anymore sadly. This was the second iPhone I purchased from back market and it's now the only place I will purchase phones from. I plan on purchasing 2 more phones in the next few months from back market.

It works great except the sound using buttons or even changing in Settings does not go as loud as the one I had previously. Besides that it was so easy to switch/transfer over from one phone to the other. Back Market certainly does a good job very happy with the phone except for the sound sometimes would like it as loud as my first 7 plus. All in all a ‘Good Job’ to Vack Market!
