My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. I am waiting to be paid now.

I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! So far so good with my refurbished iPhone 12. It arrived in "excellent" condition and I am not expecting any problems. A great option for someone who can't afford a brand new phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 7! Easy process too.

So I have a lot to say about my order, mostly good but some bad. I bought the product red iPhone 12 and I’ve been using it for about a week, my first impressions are pretty good. It came 2 days early which was nice. It comes with a free charger, and a free screen protector which I was pretty happy about because I needed new chargers and screen protectors. The phone works like new. I haven’t had a single problem yet with the software of the phone it’s honestly great. It was pre set up for me too all I had to do was turn it on, and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of setting up a new phone which was really nice. However, the phone itself wasn’t that bad, but I just expected it to be in a little better condition, I paid for the good option. Now I completely get it, I didn’t pay for the excellent condition so there is obviously gonna be some scratches. To start if there are a few minor scratches on the back, nothing to go crazy over its what I expected from a refurbished phone. The from also has some slight scratches on it too, while these are a little worse I don’t care too much unless I’m really looking at it. It looks like I got what I paid for, so I’m not mad nor disappointed...

I have been using my refurbished iPhone 12 for a couple of weeks and am extremely pleased. I chose one in Excellent condition and it arrived as such. It looks perfect and is working great. And it’s such a huge improvement over my previous iPhone 8 in so many ways. Also, while being larger is a definite bonus, it is not too large, which Is important to me.

LOVE my refurbished iPhone SE (2022). I always select Good or Excellent condition - and it looks brand new with 97% Battery Health (currently 93%)! It even came with a screen protector already attached. Have been using it for 5 mos without any issues. Was able to track purchase and came with Signature Required - so no getting lost in shipping. The refurbished iPhone 12 was perfect and exactly as advertised. The transition from my old 8 was super easy, (Purchased from Back Market 3 years ago) and I was able to sell that back for some additional $ through the same partner. Love the refurbished iPhone 12! It took some doing to get it up and running due to a glitch in timing, related to the new ios which had downloaded to my old iPhone but not yet the new one that was in transit at the time... but BackMarket's tech help hung in with me and walked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem. I'm very pleased!
