Purchased 2 iphone SE3s Jul 1 2024. Im extremely happy with the level of quality and service. Both look and function like brand new. One battery is 100% and the other is 87. (iPhone SE 2022 64gb unlocked very good condition) I bought my phone a couple months ago and I love it! It’s in perfect condition, everything works exactly as it should, and I’d never even be able to tell it was refurbished. It seems totally brand new! I had no trouble at all with ordering/recieving it from the seller, it all went great. I’m so pleased with the phone and my experience with back market.

Great price. I decided on “Excellent” choice as the price difference was not that huge. The phone did not disappoint. Looked and preformed like it was brand new. I did have one issue as it would not show WiFi on the top bar and I had no WiFi internet, but it showed in settings that I was connected with my Starlink. Called the company and got a recording, which was no surprise as it was a weekend. Meanwhile we had found online that this issue had been previously resolved by recycling “Airplane Mode”. That did the trick and I’ve had no issues since. On Monday morning I did get a return call from the company but we had it covered. Shipping via FedEx was quick— 2 days to my house. I was at first hesitant to by refurbished but now I’m looking at tablets. All and all very happy with my purchase.

Even though this is a refurbished phone, I can’t tell it from a brand new one. There are no visible marks. Admittedly, I opted for the cleanest one possible, but I was amazed at the impeccable condition. This is a nice feature of back market in that you can select (and pay for) the condition level you wish. I will definitely use them again.

Shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, but the phone nevertheless arrived early. It is indeed in VERY good condition, still with great battery life/health and a lot of mileage left in it. I was nervous taking a chance with BackMarket, but I'm extremely glad I did! I saved $100 bucks off the best refurbished price I could find anywhere else, AND--unlike anywhere else--I get to trade in my current phone for $60. Could not be more pleased!

I ordered the iPhone SE (2022) in "Good" condition, and that's exactly what I got. I am happy, but not thrilled (like I was 3 years ago when I ordered an iPhone 6s in "Good" condition, and received a phone that looked brand new).
