I love it! Shipping was fast. It was supposed to be here on Monday, but I got it on Saturday. The phone was in excellent condition and runs well. I'm very happy with this order, especially considering it was my first time using Back Market. I will gladly tell people about you all and let them know that a refurbished phone is as good as new and easier on the wallet.

Even though this is a refurbished phone, I can’t tell it from a brand new one. There are no visible marks. Admittedly, I opted for the cleanest one possible, but I was amazed at the impeccable condition. This is a nice feature of back market in that you can select (and pay for) the condition level you wish. I will definitely use them again.

Was hesitant buying a refurbished phone. this seller was great. it was shipped asap, arrived in 3 days, and was packed well. phone was rated excellent and it looks brand new. not a single scratch or scuff. battery life is at 100% too! got extremely lucky with this unit. would definitely buy from this seller again.

Great price. I decided on “Excellent” choice as the price difference was not that huge. The phone did not disappoint. Looked and preformed like it was brand new. I did have one issue as it would not show WiFi on the top bar and I had no WiFi internet, but it showed in settings that I was connected with my Starlink. Called the company and got a recording, which was no surprise as it was a weekend. Meanwhile we had found online that this issue had been previously resolved by recycling “Airplane Mode”. That did the trick and I’ve had no issues since. On Monday morning I did get a return call from the company but we had it covered. Shipping via FedEx was quick— 2 days to my house.
I was at first hesitant to by refurbished but now I’m looking at tablets.
All and all very happy with my purchase.
