Purchased 2 iphone SE3s Jul 1 2024. Im extremely happy with the level of quality and service. Both look and function like brand new. One battery is 100% and the other is 87. Shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, but the phone nevertheless arrived early. It is indeed in VERY good condition, still with great battery life/health and a lot of mileage left in it. I was nervous taking a chance with BackMarket, but I'm extremely glad I did! I saved $100 bucks off the best refurbished price I could find anywhere else, AND--unlike anywhere else--I get to trade in my current phone for $60. Could not be more pleased!

I ordered an iPhone SE (2022)64GB Unlocked in excellent condition. I really think it is brand new, even looking at the charging port there are no scratches for charging phone. My experience was superb, my item came in the Original iPhone box which didn't look brand-new; only because the factory tape was slightly dirty, like it had been stored. The charging cable was still brand-new in original cardboard (USB-C to lightning), like me, I'm guessing the last owner was still using USB-A to lightning. The charger looked new, in plastic bag like an unboxing, but it was a USB-A, so I couldn't use the new cable with it, but that's okay, I have plenty other cables that need this charger, and eventually I will need to use the cable as it is the new standard. Also, included was the Apple EarPods that come standard with a new phone; these WERE BRAND-NEW in box. I had to remove the factory seal tab, (with green arrow) that holds the box together. Inside the Earbuds were for still in original cardboard with Apple pamphlet, again all brand new. Wonderful. Didn’t even have to mess with the apple unauthentic stuff, worked perfectly out of the gate. Excellent condition is near perfect. Also came with a screen protector. Extremely pleased and impressed, will buy from again!

Not sure if it’s because it’s a refurbished phone or because it’s an iPhone SE. but it seems it heats up when I use FaceTime . Otherwise it’s like it’s brand new

I order an item in “good” condition. The battery, body, and functionality are as expected. However, the screen came with a bulky screen protector on it. Once removed to apply my own protection, it was discovered the the screen is not “flawless” as described. There are quite a few micro scratches.

At first i was a bit hesitant if the iphone would be in an excellent condition as they mentioned. But it turnsout to be far better that excellent. No visible scrathes, glass was perfect. And on top they even put a tempered glass.
