It is like having a brand new Mac. When I purchased my 2017 MacBook Pro in 2017 from Apple, I paid nearly $3000 and passed my 2010 down to my wife. It slowly became unusable (pun intended). When a brother turned me on to Back Market it seemed too good to be true, and you know the end of that axiom. Turns out the reconditioned Mac updated flawlessly and works perfectly for a fraction of the cost. I will likely never buy a Mac new. The upgraded Mac from Back Market made the wife very happy. I suppose you know the rest of that axiom as well!

I decided to alter our home to more Apple as we already had iPhones and Apple Watches so found MacBook Air 2020 Refurbished on Back Market. Received the Mac Air in under 3 days. The product is fantastic! Have had no problems as this point, which is about 2 weeks later. The MacBook Air works great. Have to alter my own learning in the process of going to Apple Software, but that is on me. Very happy I went with this avenue for the computer. Will do so again when it is time to replace our HP laptop.

I ordered my MacBook Air not wanting to have to spend much. I came across this one and I knew it was the one, I chose 'good' condition as it had the color I wanted. Omaha blue's refurbishing is amazing, macbook runs like new. Only a few little scratches on the underside, really good condition. A tip though is to not pay for fast shipping though, as it is FedEx and your package will sit for longer than expected. Other than that, a great experience with Backmarket and will use again!!

This is the 2nd Macbook Pro I've purchased from you guys and both have been awesome. I upgraded at the time of purchase to more memory and chose both in "fair" condition but was amazed when I received them. Both were in flawless condition with no dents or scratches I could see so I was really pleased. I used to buy refurbished from one of your competitors but your choices and final product has blown them out of the water. I'll be back again for sure.
