To be clear - Back Market is great, the order itself went well. TLDR; don't buy the phone it's way too slow I read the reviews before buying and many people said it was slow, I figured that wouldn't be an issue so I ordered it anyway. I went from 8 GB RAM/processing memory (Google Pixel 5, also from BM) down to this 2 GB from BLU and it is a HUGE difference. Literally 3-5 seconds per every key entry, which doesn't seem like a lot, but really consider this: you unlocked the phone, wait 3 sec for it to load, click on new message, wait 3 sec to load, type a message back with every single character keyed taking 3 sec each. My "immediate" text responses were taking multiple minutes. I thought having a slow phone would decrease my screen time, and I definitely did not touch social media (not even enough RAM to watch a video, the frames would lag and jump or have no sound at all). If you are getting this as a back up phone or like for a teenager or older parent they might do fine with it (especially at the price point) but this phone is slooooow and will not meet the average person's needs. I returned after a week and get something else with higher RAM
