Quality of this purchase for otterbox iPhone mini 12 case : is a 10 out of 10 especially for being a refurbished case I can’t even tell that it’s been refurbished, it looks brand new. I love how slick this otterbox case is, phone just slides in and it grips the phone around the sides perfectly. It was delivered extremely fast as well. Thank you back market!!

Happy with the condition and fuctionality. Speaker volume on the handset is lower then my last. Speaker for music is louder then my last. But this battery does not last even half as long as my last pixel.

The Otter box completely encloses the phone! Really enjoy that now the case doesn’t really allow for a screen protector to fit, it’s really tight. But overall really secure and eliminates any stress of damage to the phone.

I think the phone is great. It works good for the most part. The phone has minimal dings or scratches and looks great too. I just have an issue with the screen sometimes. The phone screen sometimes does not respond to touch well, or is slow and also when I use the keyboard my cursor dissapears and I can't see what I type.
