Well, I had high hopes and I've been raving about how good BackMarket is but I am pretty disappointed with this experience with this seller. They have sold a phone that has no SIM and does not work at all. What was the point of selling this SIM-less, instruction-less. This is not good. I would like to return this thing ASAP

Would 100% Recommend this seller. The phone itself is definitely niche (Good luck finding a case, a set of screen protectors should be your first purchase before you ever so much as put this phone in your pocket). I wasn't sure what a silver grade product would look like, but it looks fantastic. The phone itself is a bit meh. Nothing to do with being a refurb, it's great on that end. I mean, I only had to spend $15 for a nearly new ZTE Jasper Android phone. With that in mind, frankly, I was not expecting very much from your company. Greg, you proved me wrong at every turn. It was Easy Street in fact: easy ordering, easy product tracking, easy friendly level of communication all the way up until my phone was delivered to my mailbox. All of this energy and effort expended by you and your teammates, to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but DELIGHTED with every interaction with your business. And all of this concern was expended over a $15 purchase. You have absolutely won me over. I am 100% sure that I will continue to shop and build a presence with BACK MARKET. Well done on every level! My only suggestion to you, would be to consider changing the name of your company. No easy task, but I almost did not place the order with your company because back market sounds an awful lot like "black market" which to me, was definitely a negative connotation.
