Shipping was awesome! Very quick. Label adhesive residue was left on underside. Additionally, two foot pads were missing. This is minor, however it demonstrates a lack of attention to detail. There was no charging cable provided as I would have expected from the description. Another detail overlooked. The unit arrived with a depleted battery. I'm not sure how long a charge should last in the device, but was dissappointed. I love shopping on Back Market and am glad for Back Market ALL my previous experiences have been over the top.
