I have previously purchased and had nothing but good things to say about backmarket until this purchase. I received a totally different color from what I ordered which is not a huge deal but the product I ordered was almost $80 more than the one I received. I was happy to keep the product I received due to it being purchased as a gift so I had no time to return or exchange and rather then refunding the difference in what I paid I was offered a 5% refund which eqated out to 11$ and some change. I’ve now learned my lesson and will not be purchasing or selling to backmarket anymore.

Paid for excellent condition, and got dirty headphones. The right earpiece squeaks so loud when I move, both ears was grossly dirty and the cushions on both ears are cut. They couldn’t even send the case that comes with it nor the charger. When I first ordered it took them 4 days to send it which they claim it should be two, then apparently it got lost. So they shipped it again and gave me a random tracking number to someone else’s package. Then all of a sudden then find it almost a week later, reship it once again. It took 2 weeks for me to receive garbage don’t buy from these people. Definitely scammers, I’ll keep these headphones as a lesson! And they think a 5% discount within the next 30 days is justifying the matter. I’m not purchasing from this no more too much of a hassle.
